YOU (the customer) (a) are the owner of the items listed (b) authorise us to dry clean or press the items (c) will collect all unsold items within 2 months of the final signed agreement (d) are leaving the items with us to be sold at an agreed price (e) agree to receive 50% of the actual sale price of the items less any incurred costs (dry cleaning, repairs etc.) (f) agree that if the goods remain unsold and uncollected after after the expiry of two months as stated above then we have the right to dispose of the items as we see fit WE (Luxury Consignment Store) will (a) do all things in our control to protect your items (b) endeavour to sell your items at at your nominated price (c) allow you to retrieve any unsold items at any time providing any costs incurred by us are paid to us (d) be permitted to sell your goods on-line at the agreed value plus GST
